Over the past few years, I have decided to learn more about mortgage and construction financing allowing me to have a pertinent understanding of affordability for home buying and home building/renovating. After acquiring my mortgage licence, I was able to educate my clients about current lending practices and navigate through the different types of mortgage products that are available to help them find a mortgage that will work for their needs and lifestyle.
